WIP version. Added common lib for IntelliJ. Still WIP Removed form for creating O365 apps from common lib. Got svc explorer running. Got storage editors to work. Updated icon files. Removed MSToolsProject component. Moved it to the Android plugin. Updated common-lib and common-lib-intellij dependencies.
