Changed cypher and X++ colorizer to use a better blue color that looks better in dark mode. Put in graph surface background in the style document. Code editors now respect dark mode.

Misc fixes, added information panels for forms and tables, centered no info screen, made font size configurable for that screen. Fixed so that method information can be seen irrespective of where the method is placed (classes, tables, forms, formsdatasource etc)
