+The problem was in the Azure CLI version, although we require a version > 2.0.21.There has been a issue reported with 2.29.0. Upgrading to version 2.29.1 resolves the issue.

+- Click Deployment Options
+- Click on failed Deployment
+- Deployment status at the top is "Failed"

+The log should lists a number of steps that were all successful and provide more details on the failure hopefully this should identify a permission issue or error.
