Subject: [PATCH] Migrate from localStorage to indexed DB. (#886)

* Replace localstorage with WebStorageManager. (#882)

* Use singleton and merge data from localStorage.

* Add toast for displaying error messages.

* Fix build error.

* Fix typescript warning.
