Event Tickets

Sell tickets and collect RSVPs with the free Event Tickets plugin, from the team behind the number one calendar in WordPress. Using this connector you can manage tickets, rsvps, orders, attendees, and checkins.

Publisher: The Events Calendar

The Events Calendar is the owner and developer of the plugin.

Prerequisites

In order to use this plugin, you must have the following:

  • An active WordPress install with Event Tickets installed
  • Install the Event Automator plugin
  • Setup access credentials for the Power Automate under the Tickets > Settings > Integration tab

Supported Operations

Trigger: When a new attendee is created

Setup a trigger to run when a new attendee is created.

Trigger: When an attendee is updated

Setup a trigger to run when an attendee is updated.

Trigger: When an attendee is checked in

Setup a trigger to run when an attendee is checked in.

Trigger: When a new ticket order is created

Setup a trigger to run when a new ticket order is created.

Trigger: When a ticket order is refunded

Setup a trigger to run when a ticket order is refunded.

Known Issues and Limitations

Sending custom fields is not supported at this time.

Deployment Instructions

  • In the Power Automate portal, create a new flow or edit an existing one.

  • Add a new action to your flow and in the "Choose an operation" menu, search for "Event Tickets" under the Premium tab.

  • Select your preferred trigger.

  • You will be prompted to supply an API key you create before. This Connection will be saved by Power Automate, and available for use in future flows.
