Threads

Threads is a Slack replacement designed for makers. Threads provide a simple, focused canvas for sharing your work and getting rich feedback in return.

Prerequisites

You must sign up for an account with Threads.

Obtaining Credentials

Once logged in to your account, under APPS in the sidebar click Add Integration. Scroll down to Developer API and generate a new API key.

Supported Operations

Post thread

Post a thread to a channel.

Delete thread

Delete a thread from a channel that was posted by this bot.

List channels

Retrieve a list of all channels visible to your bot.

Post chat message

Post a message to a chat.

Delete chat message

Deletes a message from a chat.

Upload file

Uploads a file which can be used in a subsequent post thread or post chat message requests.
