+## Issues Contribution

+Features are new or improved functionality to TACO. For example, 
+* Adding a new command to TACO CLI say "taco info" is a feature.

+In order to build the TACO packages, ensure that you have [Git](http://git-scm.com/downloads) and [Node.js](http://nodejs.org/) installed.
