Re-instate TSD as part of the build.
...
- typings/ is no longer under version control.
- .tsdrc contains a GitHub API token to have a better rate-limit for the build
server
- .travis.yml contains the call to "tsd reinstall"

Test build for Travis. There's still a weird behavior of TypeScript which does
not prepend libwab/ to the original file names when generating build/libwab.js
