Build progress bar upgrade ( #66 )

* Upgraded DiffClassifier to VS2017
* Made DiffClassifier round-trippable with VS2015 and VS2017
* Updated version number
* First commit. Added packages.config. Deleted packages.json. Test build/run succeeded.
* Vsix file generates correctly. Updated install targets and dependencies.
* roundtripping complete. installs/builds/runs on VS 2015 and 2017
* Replaced project.json with packages.config, added new nuget packages, added dependencies for visual studio core. Vsix installs on 2015 and 2017.
Extension installs, builds, and runs in 2015,2017. Extension tested in 2015 and 2017. Roundtrip complete.

Use project.json in all samples

As you can see from the change stats, this significantly reduces lines of code. The redundancy and complexity of packages.config and its impact on project files all go away in favor of the simple project.json approach.
