Removes the SUPPORT_TESTE[ER] directives. It seems you can't run tests across VS versions as we need to load the unit test assembly in the target process, so you can only actually run (for example) VS 2010 tests from a VS 2010 host. There is still some work to do to to be able to build the tester against VS 2010 and VS 2012, but at least it isn't completely blocked now.
