Driver core fixes for 5.13-rc2
Here are 2 driver fixes for driver core changes that happened in 5.13-rc1. The clk driver fix resolves a many-reported issue with booting some devices, and the USB typec fix resolves the reported problem of USB systems on some embedded boards. Both of these have been in linux-next this week with no reported issues.
