scsi: megaraid_mbox: Use DEVICE_ATTR_ADMIN_RO() macro

Use DEVICE_ATTR_ADMIN_RO() macro helper instead of plain DEVICE_ATTR(),
which makes the code a bit shorter and easier to read.
