ARM: clps711x: Added simple clock framework
Modern CPUs from CLPS711X-line can operate at frequencies other than 73 MHz. This patch adds simple clock framework for handling all possible CPU rates. Signed-off-by: Alexander Shiyan <shc_work@mail.ru>
