Merge branches 'pm-wakeup' and 'pm-domains'

* pm-wakeup:
  PM / wakeup: Correct presence vs. emptiness of wakeup_* attributes

* pm-domains:
  PM / domains: Add pd_ignore_unused to keep power domains enabled
