iwlwifi: dvm: devices: Fix function documentation formatting issues

Kerneldoc expects attributes/parameters to be in '@*.: ' format and
gets confused if the variable does not follow the type/attribute
definitions.

Fixes the following W=1 kernel build warning(s):
