Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _DSD_HEADER and call directly.
This patch removes typedef for _DSD_HEADER, and changes the name of the struct to bcm_dsd_header. In addition, any calls to typedefs DSD_HEADER, or *PDSD_HEADER are changed to call the struct directly.
