ide: remove ide_driver_t typedef
While at it: - s/struct ide_driver_s/struct ide_driver/ - use to_ide_driver() macro in ide-proc.c Signed-off-by: Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz <bzolnier@gmail.com>
