nilfs2: fix function name typos in docbook comments

Fixes the following typos in docbook comments:

 nilfs_detroy_transaction_cache -> nilfs_destroy_transaction_cache
 nilfs_secgtor_start_timer -> nilfs_segctor_start_timer
