Documentation/filesystems/proc.txt: add VmPin

Commit bc3e53f682 ("mm: distinguish between mlocked and pinned pages")
added VmPin in /proc/<pid>/status.  Report that in
Documentation/filesystems/proc.txt

Also move Umask after Name to keep correct order.
