nvmem: u-boot-env: post-process "ethaddr" env variable
U-Boot environment variables are stored in ASCII format so "ethaddr" requires parsing into binary to make it work with Ethernet interfaces. This includes support for indexes to support #nvmem-cell-cells = <1>.
