ALSA: usb-audio: scarlett2: Rename buttons/interrupts/vol

To match the vendor's terminology, change #defines, identifiers, and
comments:
- mute/dim/hardware buttons are now called dim/mute
- mixer status/interrupt is now notify
- vol is now monitor
