[PATCH] pcmcia: fix 'rmmod pcmcia' with unbound devices

Having unbound PCMCIA devices: doing a 'find /sys' after a 'rmmod pcmcia'
gives an oops because the pcmcia_device is not unregisterd from the driver
core.
