Quieten hrtimer printk: "Switched to high resolution mode .."
Change the hrtimer printk "Switched to high resolution mode .." to be KERN_DEBUG, rather than KERN_INFO. If users need to see this they can pass "loglevel" or "debug" on the command line, or check dmesg.
