ARM: dts: imx6ul: Remove leading zeroes from unit addresses

The following build warnings are seen with W=1:

Warning (unit_address_format): Node /interrupt-controller@00a01000 unit
name should not have leading 0s
Warning (simple_bus_reg): Node /soc/sram@00900000 simple-bus unit address
format error, expected "900000"
