sysfs, kernfs: move mount core code to fs/kernfs/mount.c

Move core mount code to fs/kernfs/mount.c. The respective
declarations in fs/sysfs/sysfs.h are moved to
fs/kernfs/kernfs-internal.h.

This is pure relocation.
