Add entries for Positivo laptops: CW14Q01P, K1424G, N14ZP74G to the
DMI table, so that active-high jack-detect will work properly on
these laptops.

The semaphore of nau8824 wasn't properly unlocked at some error
handling code paths, hence this may result in the unbalance (and
potential lock-up). Fix them to handle the semaphore up properly.

Add a quirk mechanism to allow specifying that active-high jack-detection
should be used on platforms where this info is not available in devicetree.
And add an entry for the Cyberbook T116 tablet to the DMI table, so that
jack-detection will work properly on this tablet.

Commit 1d25684e22 ("ASoC: nau8824: Fix open coded prefix handling")
replaced the nau8824_dapm_enable_pin() helper with direct calls to
snd_soc_dapm_enable_pin(), but the helper was using
snd_soc_dapm_force_enable_pin() and not forcing the MICBIAS + SAR
supplies on breaks headphone vs headset and button-press detection.
Replace the snd_soc_dapm_enable_pin() calls with
snd_soc_dapm_force_enable_pin() to fix this.

As with the component layer code the nau8824 driver had been doing some
open coded pin manipulation which will have been broken now the core is
fixed to handle this properly, remove the open coding to avoid the issue.

The driver has two issues when machine add prefix name for codec.
(1)The stream name of DAI can't find the AIF widgets.
(2)The drivr can enable/disalbe the MICBIAS and SAR widgets.
The patch will fix these issues caused by prefixed name added.

Add suffix ULL to constant 256 in order to give the compiler complete
information about the proper arithmetic to use.
Notice that such constant is used in a context that expects an
expression of type u64 (64 bits, unsigned) and the following
expression is currently being evaluated using 32-bit arithmetic:
256 * fs * 2 * mclk_src_scaling[i].param

The SAR ADC of key press detection varies depending on headset.
We can't make a set of common threshold values for every case.
Therefore, the driver provides configuration for user and
they can set up values by UCM configuration.

User reports an issue in Ubuntu about the device switch upon playback.
We find the FLL will disalbe when switching headphone to speaker.
The pulseaudio will stop the headphone and close its power. Then,
it just opens the speaker and turn on its power. Therefore,
the supply of system clock does the OFF event and disables FLL.
But the FLL doesn't enable again when the speaker powers on.
The patch adds the recovery of system clock to enable FLL again
for this case. And it covers the case that system clock from MCLK.

Declare snd_soc_codec_driver structures as const as they are only passed
as an argument to the function snd_soc_register_codec. This argument is
of type const, so declare the structures with this property as const.
In file codecs/sn95031.c, snd_soc_codec_driver structure is also used in
a copy operation along with getting passed to snd_soc_register_codec.
So, it can be made const too.
