The driver use the non-managed form of the register function in
isl29028_remove(). To keep the release order as mirroring the ordering
in probe, the driver should use non-managed form in probe, too.

In remove this driver called pm_runtime_put_noidle() but there is
no matching get operation. This does not cause any problems because
the reference counter will not change if already zero, but it
does make the code harder to reason about so should be dropped.
Whilst we are here, use pm_runtime_resume_and_get() to replace open
coded version.

This patch applies the semantic patch:

It updates 302 files and does 307 deletions.
This semantic patch also removes some comments like
'/* Establish that the iio_dev is a child of the i2c device */'
But this is is only done in case where the block is left empty.
The patch does not seem to cover all cases. It looks like in some cases a
different variable is used in some cases to assign the parent, but it
points to the same reference.
In other cases, the block covered by ... may be just too big to be covered
by the semantic patch.
However, this looks pretty good as well, as it does cover a big bulk of the
drivers that should remove the parent assignment.

The equivalent of both of these are now done via macro magic when
the relevant register calls are made. The actual structure
elements will shortly go away.

isl29030 is basically the same chip. The only difference
is the chip's first pin. For isl29028 its named ADDR0 and
can be used to change the chip's i2c address. For isl29030
on the other hand that pin is named Ials and is an analog
current output proportional to ALS/IR. This change is
irrelevant for the Linux driver.
This has been tested on Motorola Droid 4.
