Paul Mundt 37b7a97884 sh: machvec IO death.
This takes a bit of a sledgehammer to the machvec I/O routines. The
iomem case requires no special casing and so can just be dropped
outright. This only leaves the ioport casing for PCI and SuperIO
mangling. With the SuperIO case going through the standard ioport
mapping, it's possible to replace everything with generic routines.

With this done the standard I/O routines are tidied up and NO_IOPORT
now gets default-enabled for the vast majority of boards.

Arnd Bergmann 6038f373a3 llseek: automatically add .llseek fop
All file_operations should get a .llseek operation so we can make
nonseekable_open the default for future file operations without a
.llseek pointer.

The three cases that we can automatically detect are no_llseek, seq_lseek
and default_llseek. For cases where we can we can automatically prove that
the file offset is always ignored, we use noop_llseek, which maintains
the current behavior of not returning an error from a seek.

New drivers should normally not use noop_llseek but instead use no_llseek
and call nonseekable_open at open time. Existing drivers can be converted
to do the same when the maintainer knows for certain that no user code
relies on calling seek on the device file.

The generated code is often incorrectly indented and right now contains
comments that clarify for each added line why a specific variant was
chosen. In the version that gets submitted upstream, the comments will
be gone and I will manually fix the indentation, because there does not
seem to be a way to do that using coccinelle.

Some amount of new code is currently sitting in linux-next that should get
the same modifications, which I will do at the end of the merge window.

Many thanks to Julia Lawall for helping me learn to write a semantic
patch that does all this.

// This adds an llseek= method to all file operations,
// as a preparation for making no_llseek the default.
//
// The rules are
// - use no_llseek explicitly if we do nonseekable_open
// - use seq_lseek for sequential files
// - use default_llseek if we know we access f_pos
// - use noop_llseek if we know we don't access f_pos,
// but we still want to allow users to call lseek

The SDK7786 FPGA has secondary control over the PCIe clocks, specifically
relating to the slots and oscillator. This ties the FPGA clocks in to the
clock framework and balances the refcounting similar to how the primary
on-chip clocks are managed. While the on-chip clocks are per-port, the
FPGA clock enable/disable is global for the entire block.

This implements dynamic probing for the system FPGA. The system reset

The FPGA also contains register information detailing the area mappings
and chip select settings for all of the other blocks, so this needs to be
done before we can set up anything else.

Presently 'flags' gets passed around a lot between the various ioremap
helpers and implementations, which is only 32-bits. In the X2TLB case
we use 64-bit pgprots which presently results in the upper 32bits being
chopped off (which handily include our read/write/exec permissions).

As such, we convert everything internally to using pgprot_t directly and
simply convert over with pgprot_val() where needed. With this in place,
transparent fixmap utilization for early ioremap works as expected.

Magnus Damm 1ce4da7a50 sh: MSIOF/mmc_spi platform data for the Ecovec24 board
This patch adds MSIOF and mmc_spi platform data for
the CN11 port on the SuperH Ecovec24 board. No card
detect interrupt is available so the MMC code is
configured to poll. The WP signal is implemented
together with CD and power control. The board only
supports 3.3V power.

The platform data is wrapped in SDHI #ifdefs to
allow both the SDHI and the MSIOF to coexist. Only
one configuration is allowed at a time. The pin
routing is selected by a dip switch but we can
unfortunately not detect this setting at run time.

Magnus Damm 657bf0bd06 sh: LCDC start_transfer() for the KFR2R09 board
This patch adds a ->start_transfer() callback to the
KFR2R09 lcd handling code. The callback is used to
notify the lcd controller that a new frame of data
is about to be transferred. The callback is only used
in combination with deferred io, but the code has
been tested both with and without deferred io enabled.

Without this patch the display data on the KFR2R09
lcd panel becomes corrupted over time.

Rafael Ignacio Zurita 9dcaa7b25f ALSA: sh: add SuperH DAC audio driver for ALSA V4
This is a port of the sound/oss/sh_dac_audio.c driver.
The driver uses an on-chip 8-bit D/A converter, which has a speaker connected
to one of its channels, found in several ancient HP machines.
For interrupts it uses a high-resolution timer (hrtimer).
Tested on SH7709 based hp6xx (HP Jornada 680/690 and HP Palmtop 620lx/660lx).

Also, since OSS Emulation works, the old OSS sound/oss/sh_dac_audio.c driver
would be obsolete soon, and it could be removed.

Magnus Damm 5a1c4cb5bc sh: add r8a66597 usb0 gadget to the kfr2r09 board
Add USB gadget support for port YC301 on the KFR2R09 board.

The r8a66597-udc driver is hooked up as a platform device,
clocks are enabled via I2C and some registers are configured
to enable the USB in gadget mode. The hardware driving the
USB port is the on-chip USB0 block in the sh7724 processor
configured as USB gadget controller.

This board is using external hardware to detect USB hotplug
events and allows the processor to dynamically start and stop
clocks. This well thought out hardware feature is unused at
this point and plug and play is unfortunately unsupported.
To properly support all hardware features the USB gadget
stack may need some adjustment.

Magnus Damm 9747e78b30 sh: use in-soc KEYSC on se7724
This patch updates the Solution Engine 7724 board code to use
in-SoC KEYSC resources for the keyboard platform device. Using
the in-SoC key scan controller fixes a crash-during-resume issue.

Without this patch the KEYSC hardware block located in the board
specific FPGA is used together with an external IRQ which is
routed through the FPGA and handled by some board specific demux
code. This board specific FPGA interrupt code does not implement
desc->set_wake() so the enable_irq_wake() call in the sh_keysc
driver will fail at suspend-to-ram time and the disable_irq_wake()
will bomb out when resuming.

Changing the platform data to use the in-SoC KEYSC hardware makes
the se7724 board support code less special which is a good thing.
Also, the board specific KEYSC pin setup code selects in-SoC pin
functions already which makes the current FPGA platform device data
look like a typo.
