Geert Uytterhoeven f3c6c12061 dt-bindings: pci: rcar-pci-ep: Document missing interrupts property
The R-Car PCIe controller does not use interrupts when configured
for endpoint mode, hence the bindings do not document the interrupts
property. However, all DTS files provide interrupts properties, and
thus fail to validate.

Fix this by documenting the interrupts property.

This doesn't yet do anything in the tools, but make it explicit so we can
check either 'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties' is present
in schemas.

'unevaluatedProperties' is appropriate when including another schema (via
'$ref') and all possible properties and/or child nodes are not
explicitly listed in the schema with the '$ref'.

This is in preparation to add a meta-schema to check for missing
'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties'. This has been a
constant source of review issues.

Lad Prabhakar 2de82ec866 dt-bindings: pci: rcar-pci-ep: Document r8a774a1 and r8a774b1
Document the support for R-Car PCIe EP on R8A774A1 and R8A774B1 SoC
devices.

Also constify "renesas,rcar-gen3-pcie-ep" so that it can be used as
fallback compatible string for R-Car Gen3 and RZ/G2 devices as the
PCIe module is identical.

Rob Herring 5f0b06da5c dt-bindings: Remove more cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref'
Another wack-a-mole pass of killing off unnecessary 'allOf + $ref'
usage.

json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.

This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.

Thierry Reding 980d1f2f3d dt-bindings: pci: tegra: Remove PLL power supplies
The XUSB pad controller, which provides access to various USB, PCI and
SATA pads (or PHYs), needs to bring up the PLLs associated with these
pads. In order to properly do so, it needs to control the power supplied
to these PLLs.

Remove the PLL power supplies from the PCIe controller because it does
not need direct access to them. Instead it will only use the configured
pads provided by the XUSB pad controller.
