Johan Hovold 91cf54feec mmc: at91/avr32/atmel-mci: fix DMA-channel leak on module unload
Fix regression introduced by commit 796211b795 ("mmc: atmel-mci: add
pdc support and runtime capabilities detection") which removed the need
for CONFIG_MMC_ATMELMCI_DMA but kept the Kconfig-entry as well as the
compile guards around dma_release_channel() in remove(). Consequently,
DMA is always enabled (if supported), but the DMA-channel is not
released on module unload unless the DMA-config option is selected.

Remove the no longer used CONFIG_MMC_ATMELMCI_DMA option completely.

Hans-Christian Egtvedt a527a1453d avr32: set CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE=y for all defconfigs
This patch makes sure the kconfig option CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is set to yes for
all default configuration files. This ensures the kernel is optimized for size,
and avoids potential relocation truncated to fit problems.

Jonas Larsson a16fffdd8e Add Merisc board support
Merisc is the family name for a range of AVR32-based boards.

The boards are designed to be used in a man-machine interfacing
environment, utilizing a touch-based graphical user interface. They host
a vast range of I/O peripherals as well as a large SDRAM & Flash memory
bank.
