Randy Dunlap acaf892ecb sh: fix multiple function definition build errors
Many of the sh CPU-types have their own plat_irq_setup() and
arch_init_clk_ops() functions, so these same (empty) functions in
arch/sh/boards/of-generic.c are not needed and cause build errors.

If there is some case where these empty functions are needed, they can
be retained by marking them as "__weak" while at the same time making
builds that do not need them succeed.

Fixes these build errors:

arch/sh/boards/of-generic.o: In function `plat_irq_setup':
(.init.text+0x134): multiple definition of `plat_irq_setup'
arch/sh/kernel/cpu/sh2/setup-sh7619.o:(.init.text+0x30): first defined here
arch/sh/boards/of-generic.o: In function `arch_init_clk_ops':
(.init.text+0x118): multiple definition of `arch_init_clk_ops'
arch/sh/kernel/cpu/sh2/clock-sh7619.o:(.init.text+0x0): first defined here

Arnd Bergmann 19f48591e6 sh: remove board_time_init() callback
The only remaining user of board_time_init() is the of-generic
machine, and that just calls the global timer_init() function.
Calling that one has no effect on non-DT platforms, so we can
simply call it unconditionally in place of board_time_init().

Rob Herring 8cabf5bc10 SH: use for_each_of_cpu_node iterator
Use the for_each_of_cpu_node iterator to iterate over cpu nodes. This
has the side effect of defaulting to iterating using "cpu" node names in
preference to the deprecated (for FDT) device_type == "cpu".

Dmitry Torokhov 82f7c5103d sh: make use of for_each_node_by_type()
Instead of open-coding the loop, let's use canned macro.

Also make sure we are not leaking "cpus" node reference.

Rich Felker eb6b6930a7 sh: fix memory corruption of unflattened device tree
unflatten_device_tree() makes use of memblock allocation, and
therefore must be called before paging_init() migrates the memblock
allocation data to the bootmem framework. Otherwise the record of the
allocation for the expanded device tree will be lost, and will
eventually be clobbered when allocated for another use.

Kefeng Wang bb8e15d604 of: iommu: make of_iommu_init() postcore_initcall_sync
The of_iommu_init() is called multiple times by arch code,
make it postcore_initcall_sync, then we can drop relevant
calls fully.

Note, the IOMMUs should have a chance to perform some basic
initialisation before we start adding masters to them. So
postcore_initcall_sync is good choice, it ensures of_iommu_init()
called before of_platform_populate.

Rich Felker 7480e0aabd sh: add device tree support and generic board using device tree
Add a new pseudo-board, within the existing SH boards/machine-vectors
framework, which does not represent any actual hardware but instead
requires all hardware to be described by the device tree blob provided
by the boot loader. Changes made are thus non-invasive and do not risk
breaking support for legacy boards.

New hardware, including the open-hardware J2 and associated SoC
devices, will use device free from the outset. Legacy SH boards can
transition to device tree once all their hardware has device tree
bindings, driver support for device tree, and a dts file for the
board.

It is intented that, once all boards are supported in the new
framework, the existing machine-vectors framework should be removed
and the new device tree setup code integrated directly.
