Rob Herring b77cf11f09 iommu: Allow io-pgtable to be used outside of drivers/iommu/
Move io-pgtable.h to include/linux/ and export alloc_io_pgtable_ops
and free_io_pgtable_ops. This enables drivers outside drivers/iommu/ to
use the page table library. Specifically, some ARM Mali GPUs use the
ARM page table formats.

Paul Gortmaker f295cf26d7 iommu/qcom: Make it explicitly non-modular
The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:

drivers/iommu/Kconfig:config MTK_IOMMU_V1
drivers/iommu/Kconfig:  bool "MTK IOMMU Version 1 (M4U gen1) Support"

...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.

Lets remove the modular code that is essentially orphaned, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

Since module_init just becomes device_initcall for non-modules, the
init ordering remains unchanged with this commit.

Also note that MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is a no-op for non-modular code.

We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
was (or is now) contained at the top of the file in the comments.

Christoph Hellwig d88e61faad iommu: Remove the ->map_sg indirection
All iommu drivers use the default_iommu_map_sg implementation, and there
is no good reason to ever override it.  Just expose it as iommu_map_sg
directly and remove the indirection, specially in our post-spectre world
where indirect calls are horribly expensive.

Rob Herring ac6bbf0cdf iommu: Remove IOMMU_OF_DECLARE
Now that we use the driver core to stop deferred probe for missing
drivers, IOMMU_OF_DECLARE can be removed.

This is slightly less optimal than having a list of built-in drivers in
that we'll now defer probe twice before giving up. This shouldn't have a
significant impact on boot times as past discussions about deferred
probe have given no evidence of deferred probe having a substantial
impact.

Robin Murphy b0c560f7d8 iommu: Clean up of_iommu_init_fn
Now that no more drivers rely on arbitrary early initialisation via an
of_iommu_init_fn hook, let's clean up the redundant remnants. The
IOMMU_OF_DECLARE() macro needs to remain for now, as the probe-deferral
mechanism has no other nice way to detect built-in drivers before they
have registered themselves, such that it can make the right decision.

This is quite useful for debugging.  Currently, always TERMINATE the
translation when the fault handler returns (since this is all we need
for debugging drivers).  But I expect the SVM work should eventually
let us do something more clever.

Robin Murphy 4d689b6194 iommu/io-pgtable-arm-v7s: Convert to IOMMU API TLB sync
Now that the core API issues its own post-unmap TLB sync call, push that
operation out from the io-pgtable-arm-v7s internals into the users. For
now, we leave the invalidation implicit in the unmap operation, since
none of the current users would benefit much from any change to that.

Note that the conversion of msm_iommu is implicit, since that apparently
has no specific TLB sync operation anyway.

Rob Clark 0ae349a0f3 iommu/qcom: Add qcom_iommu
An iommu driver for Qualcomm "B" family devices which do implement the
ARM SMMU spec, but not in a way that is compatible with how the arm-smmu
driver is designed.  It seems SMMU_SCR1.GASRAE=1 so the global register
space is not accessible.  This means it needs to get configuration from
devicetree instead of setting it up dynamically.

In the end, other than register definitions, there is not much code to
share with arm-smmu (other than what has already been refactored out
into the pgtable helpers).
