This patch adds support for the built-in multitouch sensor in the Samsung
SUR40 touchscreen device, also known as Microsoft Surface 2.0 or Microsoft
Pixelsense. Support for raw video output from the sensor as well as the
accelerometer will be added in a later patch.

This adds a driver for touchscreens using the zforce infrared
technology from Neonode connected via i2c to the host system.
It supports multitouch with up to two fingers and tracking of the
contacts in hardware.

Existing I2C code is for TrueTouch Gen3 devices
TrueTouch Gen4 device is using same protocol, will split driver into
two pieces to use common code with both drivers.
Read/Write functions parameter list modified, since shared code will
be used by two separate drivers and these drivers are not sharing same
structs, parameters updated to use common structures.

Cypress TrueTouch(tm) Standard Product controllers are found in
a wide range of embedded devices. This driver add support for a
variety of TTSP controllers.
Since the hardware is capable of tracking identifiable contacts, multi-touch
protocol type B (stateful) is used to report contact information.
The driver is composed of a core driver that process the data sent by
the contacts and a set of bus specific interface modules. This patch
adds the base core TTSP driver.

Some displays from AUO have a so called in-cell touchscreen, meaning it
is built directly into the display unit.
Touchdata is gathered through PIXCIR Tango-ICs and processed in an
Atmel ATmega168P with custom firmware. Communication between the host
system and ATmega is done via I2C.
Devices using this touch solution include the Dell Streak5 and the family
of Qisda ebook readers.
The driver reports single- and multi-touch events including touch area
values.

Add MAXI max11801 resistive touchscreen controller driver. This driver
uses Auto Mode and Aperture Mode.
Support for other max1180x devices can be added to this driver as well,
as they use almost the same register addresses and codes.

Some of the WM831x series of PMICs from Wolfson Microelectronics include
a resistive touchscreen controller. Implement support for these controllers
within the input API.
Platform data is supported to allow configuration of system parameters such
as selection between four and five wire touchscreens and for specification
of optional direct to CPU IRQs for sample availability and for pen down.
Use of this feature for at least the data IRQ is strongly recommended.

The corgi touchscreen is now deprecated in favour of the generic ads7846.c
driver. The noise reduction technique used in corgi_ts.c, which is to wait
till vsync before ADC sampling, is also integrated into ads7846 driver now.
Provided that the original driver is not generic and is difficult to maintain,
it will be removed now.

S3C24XX touchscreen driver, originally written by Arnaud Patard and
other contributors. The driver has had substantial testing as well as
a number of tidying up passes done by Ben Dooks, as noted:
- added kernel-doc comments to most of the routines
- removed old code from pre adc framework days
- updated device probe code to use platform id list matching
- cleaned up debug, since printk() now has timestamp feature
- ensure code uses dev_() reporting macros where necessary
- remove ABS_PRESSURE reporting, tslib can be fixed
- ensure timer is removed on driver exit
- move to using dev_pmops for power management

The touchscreen works in two modes, wait trigger mode and auto-semi
mode. The device starts in wait trigger mode and waits until pressure
is detected, then device sets WT_INT bit and raises an interrupt.
The driver should put the device into auto-semi mode and prepare for
reading first X and then Y coordinates. When coordinate data is ready
the driver sets ADC_INT bit and raises interrupt again.

This patch adds an accelerated driver for Atmel AVR32 AT32AP700X
microprocessors. It uses interrupts on the channel B in the AC97
controller. Thus, offloading the work queue in the wm97xx-ts driver.
The driver has been tested with Atmel AVR32 AT32AP7000 and Wolfson
WM9712 codec.
The driver can also be easily modified to support Atmel AT91 devices, as
AT91 and AVR32 share the same AC97C module.
