Converting ncm to the new function interface requires converting
the USB ncm's function code and its users.
This patch converts the f_ncm.c to the new function interface.
The file is now compiled into a separate usb_f_ncm.ko module.
The old function interface is provided by means of a preprocessor
conditional directives. After all users are converted, the old interface
can be removed.

In order to convert to configfs the usb functions need to be converted
to a new interface and compiled as modules. This patch creates an rndis
module which will be used by the new functions. After all users of
f_rndis are converted to the new interface, this module can be
merged with f_rndis module.

u_ether.c has been #include'd by all gadgets which implement
USB Ethernet functions. In order to add configfs support,
the f_ecm.c, f_eem.c, f_ncm.c, f_subset.c, f_rndis.c need to be
converted into modules and must not be #include'd. Consequently,
the u_ether.c needs to be a module too, in a manner similar
to u_serial.c. The resulting module should not take any parameters,
so they are pushed to the current users of it, that is ether.c,
g_ffs.c, multi.c, ncm.c, nokia.c.

The Kconfig symbol USB_OTG_UTILS was removed in the v3.10 merge window,
in commit fd89149875 ("usb: phy: remove CONFIG_USB_OTG_UTILS"). But that
symbol popped up again in a few places. Remove it there too.

The Kconfig entry for USB_OMAP unconditionally selects USB_ISP1301,
which is now only visible when USB_PHY is also enabled.
This adds an appropriate dependency and enables USB_PHY in the omap1
defconfig, avoiding these build warnings:

This patch reworks the videobuffer management logic present in the UVC
webcam gadget and ports it to use the "more apt" videobuf2 framework for
video buffer management.
To support routing video data captured from a real V4L2 video capture
device with a "zero copy" operation on videobuffers (as they pass from
the V4L2 domain to UVC domain via a user-space application), we need to
support USER_PTR IO method at the UVC gadget side.
So the V4L2 capture device driver can still continue to use MMAP IO
method and now the user-space application can just pass a pointer to the
video buffers being dequeued from the V4L2 device side while queueing
them at the UVC gadget end. This ensures that we have a "zero-copy"
design as the videobuffers pass from the V4L2 capture device to the UVC
gadget.
Note that there will still be a need to apply UVC specific payload
headers on top of each UVC payload data, which will still require a copy
operation to be performed in the 'encode' routines of the UVC gadget.
This patch also addresses one issue found out while porting the UVC
gadget to videobuf2 framework:
- In case the usb requests queued by the gadget get completed
with a status of -ESHUTDOWN (disconnected from host),
the queue of videobuf2 should be cancelled to ensure that the
application space daemon is not left in a state waiting for
a vb2 to be successfully absorbed at the USB side.

means we can use linux-next to compile it
for us frequently.
By dropping the arch dependency, we also
ensure driver writers don't add virtual
arch-depdencies to the driver by e.g. using
the wrong headers.
While at that, fix Marvell's USB3 PHY dependency,

This patch converts f_acm into a module which uses the new function
interface. It also converts one of its users that is g_serial to make
use of it. The other users of it (g_nokia for instance) are still using
the old include file system and should not notice the change at all. So
they can be converter later independently.

Every user of u_serial has now to select the U_SERIAL symbol instead of
including the file.
There is one limition with this: ports and and gs_tty_driver are global
variables in u_serial. Since all users share them, there can be only one
user loaded at a time i.e. either g_serial or g_nokia.

This patch converts the f_sourcesink and f_loopback file to the USB-function
module. Both functions shares a few common utility functions which are
currently implemented in g_zero.c itself. This patch moves the common
code into the sourcesink file and creates one module out of the the two
functions (source sink and loop back).
The g_zero gadget is function specific to source sink and loop back to
set a few options. This Symbol dependency enforces a modul load right
now.

The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This
saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway.

The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on
TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY
layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate
symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than
"depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies.

to devm_request_irq(), adds support for DMA Engine and
got a few miscelaneous cleanups.
The NCM gadget got an endianness fix and the Ethernet
gadget a frame size fix.
We're finally removing the g_file_storage gadget and
sticking to g_mass_storage and the new tcm_usb_gadget
gadgets since that was a huge duplicaton of effort anyway.
While removing g_file_storage, we also had to fix a bunch
of defconfigs which were still pointing to the old gadget.
There's a big series getting us closer to being able to
introduce our configfs interface. The series converts
functions into loadable modules which will, eventually,
be registered to the configfs interface.

This commit removes USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED and USB_GADGET_SUPERSPEED
Kconfig options. Since now kernel allows many UDC drivers to be
compiled, those options may turn to no longer be valid. For
instance, if someone decides to build UDC that supports super
speed and UDC that supports high speed only, the latter will be
"assumed" to support super speed since USB_GADGET_SUPERSPEED will
be selected by the former.
The test of whether CONFIG_USB_GADGET_*SPEED was defined was just
an optimisation which removed otherwise dead code (ie. if UDC is
not dual speed, there is no need to handle cases that can happen
if speed is high). This commit removes those checks.

As the FS USB code is not being actively used for omap2+
there's no point keeping it around for omap2+.
Let's make the FS USB platform init code omap1 only so
we can remove the last user of omap_read/write for omap2+,
and simplify things for further USB, DMA, and device tree
related work.

due to some API cleanups (getting rid of the ancient err() macro) and
some changes that are needed for USB 3.0 power management updates.
There are also lots of new drivers, pimarily gadget, but others as well.
We deleted a staging driver, which was nice, and finally dropped the
obsolete usbfs code, which will make Al happy to never have to touch
that again.
There were some build errors in the tree that linux-next found a few
days ago, but those were fixed by the most recent changes (all were due
to us not building with CONFIG_PM disabled.)

Since chipidea is a dual role controller, it makes sense to move it
to its own directory, where we can also have host, otg and platform
code related to this controller. It also makes sense to break out
the driver into several compilation units like udc, host, debugging
code, etc.
Firstly, let's move the udc and platform code to drivers/usb/chipidea.

This fabric uses the target framework to provide a usb gadget
device. This gadget supports the USB Attached SCSI Protocol (UASP)
and Bulk Only Transfers (BOT or BBB). BOT is the primary interface,
UAS is the alternative interface.
It has been tested with dummy_hcd on HS and SS. On SS USB3 are
supported. I also took my omap device and tried it there against
WindowsXP. UAS implements basic command passing (i.e. read/write
requests) and TASK MANAGEMENT functions are missing.
I had to add a little of error recovery to BOT because Windows was
issuing some strange commands and it does not complain after the
gadget responded with CSW.status=1.

Let's break ci13xxx driver into a separate udc driver and platform
drivers _pci and _msm, which will create a platform device for each pci
(or msm) device found. The approach was introduced by Felipe in dwc3
driver and there seems to be no reason not to use it.
msm related code is only compile-tested.

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.

This pull request is quite big, but mainly because there's a
giant rework of the s3c_hsotg.c driver to make it friendlier
for other users. Samsung Exynos platforms use the DesignWare
Core USB2 IP from Synopsys so it's a bit unfair to have the
driver work for Samsung platforms only. In short, the big
rework is in preparation to make the driver more reusable.
Another big rework in this pull request came from Ido, where
he's removing the redundant pointer for the endpoint descriptor
from the controller driver's own endpoint representation. The
same pointer is available through the generic struct usb_ep
structure.
Also on this pull request is the conversion of a few extra
controller drivers to the new style registration, which allows
multiple controllers to be available on the same platform and
helps remove global pointers from those drivers.
Together with those big changes, there's the usual fixes and cleanups
to gadget drivers. Nothing major.
USB_FSL_USB2 driver can be used on PowerPC and i.MX processors.
Include i.MX processors in the USB_FSL_USB2 help text.

Manually merge arch/arm/mach-ux500/Kconfig due to MACH_U8500 rename, and

now, and it was missed during previous merges.
