Add pinctrl macros for J721E SoC. These macro definitions are
similar to that of AM6, but adding new definitions to avoid
any naming confusions in the soc dts files.

The dt-bindings header for TI K3 AM6 SoCs define a set of macros for
defining pinmux configs in human readable form, instead of raw-coded
hex values.
