Bill Pemberton 15856ad50b PCI: Remove __dev* markings
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option so __devexit_p, __devint,
__devinitdata, __devinitconst, and _devexit are no longer needed.

Rusty Russell 90ab5ee941 module_param: make bool parameters really bool (drivers & misc)
module_param(bool) used to counter-intuitively take an int. In
fddd5201 (mid-2009) we allowed bool or int/unsigned int using a messy
trick.

It's time to remove the int/unsigned int option. For this version
it'll simply give a warning, but it'll break next kernel version.

Scott Murray 03555d591d PCI: ZT5550 CPCI Hotplug driver fix
cc: Philip Guo <pg@cs.stanford.edu>

Here's a small patch against the current git tree for the ZT5550 CPCI
hotplug driver to fix an issue with port freeing that Philip Guo found.

Tim Schmielau 4e57b68178 [PATCH] fix missing includes
I recently picked up my older work to remove unnecessary #includes of
sched.h, starting from a patch by Dave Jones to not include sched.h
from module.h. This reduces the number of indirect includes of sched.h
by ~300. Another ~400 pointless direct includes can be removed after
this disentangling (patch to follow later).
However, quite a few indirect includes need to be fixed up for this.

In order to feed the patches through -mm with as little disturbance as
possible, I've split out the fixes I accumulated up to now (complete for
i386 and x86_64, more archs to follow later) and post them before the real
patch. This way this large part of the patch is kept simple with only
adding #includes, and all hunks are independent of each other. So if any
hunk rejects or gets in the way of other patches, just drop it. My scripts
will pick it up again in the next round.

Bjorn Helgaas c8920f0c8b [PATCH] cpcihp_zt5550: add pci_enable_device()
Add pci_{enable,disable}_device() calls.  Without pci_enable_device(),
dev->irq is garbage, and cpcihp_zt5550 relies on it.

Compiled but untested, since I don't have the hardware.

Linus Torvalds 1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
