This patch removes gserial_setup() and gserial_cleanup() and adds
gserial_alloc_line() and gserial_free_line() to replace them.
The initial setup of u_serial happens now on module load time. A
maximum of four TTY ports can be requested which is the current limit.
In theory we could extend this limit, the hard limit is the number of
available endpoints.
alloc_tty_driver() is now called at module init time with the max
available ports. The per-line footprint here is on 32bit is 3 * size of
pointer + 60 bytes (for cdevs).
The remaining memory (struct gs_port) is allocated once a port is
requested.
With this change it is possible to load g_multi and g_serial at the same
time. GS0 receives the module that is loaded first, GS1 is received by
the next module and so on. With the configfs interface the port number
can be exported and the device node is more predictable. Nothing changes
for g_serial and friends as long as one module is used.

Every user of u_serial has now to select the U_SERIAL symbol instead of
including the file.
There is one limition with this: ports and and gs_tty_driver are global
variables in u_serial. Since all users share them, there can be only one
user loaded at a time i.e. either g_serial or g_nokia.

This patch removes the global variable composite in composite.c.
The private data which was saved there is now passed via an additional
argument to the bind() function in struct usb_gadget_driver.
Only the "old-style" UDC drivers have to be touched here, new style are
doing it right because this change is made in udc-core.

This partly reverts 07a18bd7 ("usb gadget: don't save bind callback in
struct usb_composite_driver") and fixes new drivers. The section missmatch
problems was solved by whitelisting bind callback in modpost.

As it turns out, Sam's comment was better than I initially assumed. This
patch pushes as struct usb_composite_driver data structures into
__refdata section to avoid a section missmatch report from modpost
because the ->bind() can be marked __init. The only downside is that
modpost does not check between ->bind() and other member. However, it is
temporary.

This commit renames the “speed” field of the usb_gadget_driver
structure to “max_speed”. This is so that to make it more
apparent that the field represents the maximum speed gadget
driver can support.
This also make the field look more like fields with the same
name in usb_gadget and usb_composite_driver structures. All
of those represent the *maximal* speed given entity supports.
After this commit, there are the following fields in various
structures:
* usb_gadget::speed - the current connection speed,
* usb_gadget::max_speed - maximal speed UDC supports,
* usb_gadget_driver::max_speed - maximal speed gadget driver
supports, and
* usb_composite_driver::max_speed - maximal speed composite
gadget supports.

The situation up to this point meant that module.h was pretty
much everywhere, regardless of whether you asked for it or not.
We are fixing that, so give the USB folks who want it an actual
include of it.

maxpacket is set by the udc driver for ep0 very early. This value is
copied by the function gadget used later for the USB_DT_DEVICE and
USB_DT_DEVICE_QUALIFIER query. This seems to work fine so far. For USB3
we need set a different value here. In SS speed it is 2^x with x=9 and
in HS we set something <= 64. If the UDC starts in SS and continues in
HS after the cable has been plugged it will report a too small value.
There setting of this value is defered and taken automaticly from the
ep0 pointer where the UDC driver can update it according to the speed it
detected _after_ a cable has been plugged.

Change usb_ep_enable() prototype to use endpoint
descriptor from usb_ep.
This optimization spares the FDs from saving the
endpoint chosen descriptor. This optimization is
not full though. To fully exploit this change, one
needs to update all the UDCs as well since in the
current implementation each of them saves the
endpoint descriptor in it's internal (and extended)
endpoint structure.

To accomplish this the function to register a gadget driver takes the bind
function as a second argument. To make things clearer rename the function
to resemble platform_driver_probe.
This fixes many section mismatches like

reference from the variable printer_driver to the function
.init.text:printer_bind()
The variable printer_driver references
the function __init printer_bind()

This is a patch that implements an USB EHCI Debug Device using the
Gadget API. This patch applies to a 2.6.35-rc3 kernel.
The gadget needs a compliant usb controller that forwards the
USB_DEVICE_DEBUG_MODE feature to its gadget.
The gadget provides two configuration modes, one that only printk() the
received data, and one that exposes a serial device to userland
(/dev/ttyGSxxx).
The gadget has been tested on an IGEPv2 board running a 2.6.35-rc1
kernel. The debug port was fed on the host side by a 2.6.34 kernel.
