Russell King	be50972935	[ARM] Remove asm/hardware.h, use asm/arch/hardware.h instead ... Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h. Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h, update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove asm/hardware.h. Arnaud Patard	7fdc7849d2	[ARM] 4359/3: H1940: Add bluetooth support ... This patch adds a small driver responsible for configuring the UART used for the bluetooth chip and for enabling the bluetooth chipset. Additionnaly, can trigger a led if the H1940 led driver is enabled.
