Detect hugetlbfs. hugetlbfs__mountpoint() will be used during recording
to help identifying hugetlb mmaps: which should be recognized as anon
mapping.

Add a 'ptr' field to fdarray->priv array.
This feature will be used by following commits, which introduce
muiltiple 'struct perf_mmap' arrays for different types of mapping.
Because of this, during fdarray__filter(), a simple 'idx' is not enough.
Add a pointer cookie that allows to directly associate a 'struct
perf_mmap' pointer to an fdarray entry.

By using 0 for base, the strtoull() detects the base automatically (see
'man strtoull').
ATM we have just one user of this function, the cpu__get_max_freq
function reading the "cpuinfo_max_freq" sysfs file. It should not get
affected by this change.

Before this patch there's no way to pass arguments to fdarray__filter's
call back function.
This improvement will be used by 'perf record' to support unmapping ring
buffer for both main evlist and overwrite evlist. Without this patch
there's no way to track overwrite evlist from 'struct fdarray'.

Adding support for warning/info/debug output within libapi code. Adding

Also adding libapi_set_print function to set above functions. This will
be used in perf to set standard debug handlers for libapi.

Storing the actual tracing path mountpoint to display correct
error message hint ('Hint:' line). The error hint rediscovers
mountpoints, but it could be different from what we actually
used in tracing path.
Before we'd display debugfs mount even though tracefs was used:
$ perf record -e sched:sched_krava ls
event syntax error: 'sched:sched_krava'
\___ can't access trace events
Error: No permissions to read /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/sched/sched_krava
Hint: Try 'sudo mount -o remount,mode=755 /sys/kernel/debug'
...
After this change, correct mountpoint is displayed:

Add FSTYPE__configured() (where FSTYPE is one of sysfs, procfs, debugfs,
tracefs) interface that returns bool state of the filesystem mount:
true - mounted, false - not mounted
It will not try to mount the filesystem.

Now that we have two mountpoints, one for debugfs and another, for
tracefs, we end up needing to check permissions for both, so, on
a system with default config we were always asking the user to
check the permission of the debugfs mountpoint, even when it was
already sufficient. Fix it.
E.g.:

Some toolchains (like Hardened Gentoo) define _FORTIFY_SOURCE in the
built-in, default args. This causes perf builds to fail with:
<command-line>:0:0: error: "_FORTIFY_SOURCE" redefined [-Werror]
<built-in>: note: this is the location of the previous definition cc1:
all warnings being treated as errors
To avoid this, undefine _FORTIFY_SOURCE before (possibly re-)defining it
in tools/lib/api.
v2 applies cleanly on top of already pulled kbuild changes for 4.1-rc1.

Add tracefs_configured() to return true if tracefs is configured in the
kernel (succeeds to find tracefs), and debugfs_configured() if debugfs
is configured in the kernel (succeeds to find debugfs).

Since tracefs will now hold the event directory for perf, and even
though by default, debugfs still mounts tracefs on the debugfs/tracing
directory, the system admin may now choose to not mount debugfs and
instead just mount tracefs instead.
Having tracefs helper functions will facilitate having perf look for
tracefs first, and then try debugfs as a fallback.

helper utility that find_debugfs uses instead of hard coding the search
in the code. This will allow for a find_tracefs to be used as well.

It's rather strange to be checking the debugfs MAGIC number for the
tracing directory. A system admin may want to have a custom set of
events to trace and it should be allowed to let the admin make a temp
file (even for tracing virtual boxes, this is useful).
Also with the coming tracefs, the files may not even be under debugfs,
so checking the debugfs MAGIC number is pointless.

If debugfs was already mounted, then its a matter of not finding the
tracepoint, tell the user that perhaps a CONFIG_ setting is not enabled.

We will use this in perf's evlist class so that it can, at
fdarray__filter() time, to unmap the associated ring buffer.
We may need to have further info associated with each fdarray entry, in
that case we'll make that int array a 'union fdarray_priv' one and put a
pointer there so that users can stash whatever they want there. For now,
an int is enough tho.
v2: Add clarification to the per array entry priv area, as well as make
it a union, which makes usage a bit longer, but if/when we make it
use more space by allowing per entry pointers existing users source
code will not have to be changed, just rebuilt.

The extensible file description array that grew in the perf_evlist class
can be useful for other tools, as it is not something that only evlists
need, so move it to tools/lib/api/fd to ease sharing it.
