We want to specify flags when hotplugging memory. Let's prepare to pass
flags to memblock_add_node() by adjusting all existing users.
Note that when hotplugging memory the system is already up and running
and we might have concurrent memblock users: for example, while we're
hotplugging memory, kexec_file code might search for suitable memory
regions to place kexec images. It's important to add the memory
directly to memblock via a single call with the right flags, instead of
adding the memory first and apply flags later: otherwise, concurrent
memblock users might temporarily stumble over memblocks with wrong
flags, which will be important in a follow-up patch that introduces a
new flag to properly handle add_memory_driver_managed().

The cause of the problem is as follows:
1. when cat /sys/devices/system/memory/memory0/valid_zones,
test_pages_in_a_zone() will be called.
2. test_pages_in_a_zone() finds the zone according to stat_pfn = 0.
The smallest pfn of the numa node in the mips architecture is 128,
and the page corresponding to the previous 0~127 pfn is not
initialized (page->flags is 0xFFFFFFFF)
3. The nid and zonenum obtained using page_zone(pfn_to_page(0)) are out
of bounds in the corresponding array,
&NODE_DATA(page_to_nid(page))->node_zones[page_zonenum(page)],
access to the out-of-bounds zone member variables appear abnormal,
resulting in Oops.
Therefore, it is necessary to keep the page between 0 and the minimum
pfn to prevent Oops from appearing.

Add kexec/kdump support for Loongson64 by:
1, Provide Loongson-specific kexec functions: loongson_kexec_prepare(),
loongson_kexec_shutdown() and loongson_crash_shutdown();
2, Provide Loongson-specific assembly code in kexec_smp_wait();
To start Loongson64, The boot CPU needs 3 parameters:
fw_arg0: the number of arguments in cmdline (i.e., argc).
fw_arg1: structure holds cmdline such as "root=/dev/sda1 console=tty"
(i.e., argv).
fw_arg2: environment (i.e., envp, additional boot parameters from LEFI).
Non-boot CPUs do not need one parameter as the IPI mailbox base address.
They query their own IPI mailbox to get PC, SP and GP in a loopi, until
the boot CPU brings them up.
loongson_kexec_prepare(): Setup cmdline for kexec/kdump. The kexec/kdump
cmdline comes from kexec's "append" option string. This structure will
be parsed in fw_init_cmdline() of arch/mips/fw/lib/cmdline.c. Both image
->control_code_page and the cmdline need to be in a safe memory region
(memory allocated by the old kernel may be corrupted by the new kernel).
In order to maintain compatibility for the old firmware, the low 2MB is
reserverd and safe for Loongson. So let KEXEC_CTRL_CODE and KEXEC_ARGV_
ADDR be here. LEFI parameters may be corrupted at runtime, so backup it
at mips_reboot_setup(), and then restore it at loongson_kexec_shutdown()
/loongson_crash_shutdown().
loongson_kexec_shutdown(): Wake up all present CPUs and let them go to
reboot_code_buffer. Pass the kexec parameters to kexec_args.
loongson_crash_shutdown(): Pass the kdump parameters to kexec_args.
The assembly part in kexec_smp_wait provide a routine as BIOS does, in
order to keep secondary CPUs in a querying loop.

rounding "size" up to PAGE_SIZE is enough for all page size supported.

Commit ccbef1674a ("Kbuild, lto: add ld-version and ld-ifversion
macros") introduced scripts/ld-version.sh for GCC LTO.
At that time, this script handled 5 version fields because GCC LTO
needed the downstream binutils. (https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/4/8/272)
The code snippet from the submitted patch was as follows:
# We need HJ Lu's Linux binutils because mainline binutils does not
# support mixing assembler and LTO code in the same ld -r object.
# XXX check if the gcc plugin ld is the expected one too
# XXX some Fedora binutils should also support it. How to check for that?
ifeq ($(call ld-ifversion,-ge,22710001,y),y)
...
However, GCC LTO was not merged into the mainline after all.
(https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/4/8/272)
So, the 4th and 5th fields were never used, and finally removed by
commit 0d61ed17dd ("ld-version: Drop the 4th and 5th version
components").
Since then, the last 4-digits returned by this script is always zeros.
Remove the meaningless last 4-digits. This makes the version format
consistent with GCC_VERSION, CLANG_VERSION, LLD_VERSION.

From version 2.35, binutils can be configured with
--enable-mips-fix-loongson3-llsc=yes, which means it defaults to
-mfix-loongson3-llsc. This breaks labels which might then point at the
wrong instruction.
The workaround to explicitly pass -mno-fix-loongson3-llsc has been
added in Linux version 5.1, but is only enabled when building a Loongson
64 kernel. As vendors might use a common toolchain for building Loongson
and non-Loongson kernels, just move that workaround to
arch/mips/Makefile. At the same time update the comments to reflect the
current status.

(2) Move szmem() from numa.c to init.c and add prom_init_memory() under
!CONFIG_NUMA.
(3) Clean up szmem() due to the statements of case SYSTEM_RAM_LOW and
SYSTEM_RAM_HIGH are the same.

After commit 9cce844abf ("MIPS: CPU#0 is not hotpluggable"),
c->hotpluggable is 0 for CPU 0 and it will not generate a control
file in sysfs for this CPU:
[root@linux loongson]# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online
cat: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online: No such file or directory
[root@linux loongson]# echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online
bash: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/online: Permission denied

In play_dead function, the whole 64-bit PC mailbox was used as a indicator
to determine if the master core had written boot jump information.
However, after we introduced CSR mailsend, the hardware will not guarante
an atomic write for the 64-bit PC mailbox. Thus we have to use the lower
32-bit which is written at the last as the jump indicator instead.

Add /sys/firmware/lefi/boardinfo to get mainboard and BIOS info easily
on the Loongson platform, this is useful to point out the current used
mainboard type and BIOS version when there exists problems related with
hardware or firmware.
The related structures are already defined in the interface specification
about firmware and kernel which are common requirement and specific for
Loongson64, so only add a new boardinfo.c file in arch/mips/loongson64.
E.g. with this patch:
[loongson@linux ~]$ cat /sys/firmware/lefi/boardinfo

Manufacturer : LEMOTE
Board Name : LEMOTE-LS3A4000-7A1000-1w-V01-pc

After removal of CONFIG_HAVE_MEMBLOCK_NODE_MAP we have two equivalent
functions that call memory_present() for each region in memblock.memory:
sparse_memory_present_with_active_regions() and membocks_present().
Moreover, all architectures have a call to either of these functions
preceding the call to sparse_init() and in the most cases they are called
one after the other.
Mark the regions from memblock.memory as present during sparce_init() by
making sparse_init() call memblocks_present(), make memblocks_present()
and memory_present() functions static and remove redundant
sparse_memory_present_with_active_regions() function.
Also remove no longer required HAVE_MEMORY_PRESENT configuration option.

The point is to allow userspace to probe for CPUCFG without possibly
triggering invalid instructions. In addition to that, future Loongson
feature bits could all be stuffed into CPUCFG bit fields (or "leaves"
in x86-speak) if Loongson does not make mistakes, so ELF HWCAP bits are
conserved.
Userspace can determine native CPUCFG availability by checking the LCSRP
(Loongson CSR Present) bit in CPUCFG output after seeing CPUCFG bit in
HWCAP. Native CPUCFG always sets the LCSRP bit, as CPUCFG is part of the
Loongson CSR ASE, while the emulation intentionally leaves this bit
clear.
The other existing Loongson-specific HWCAP bits are, to my best
knowledge, unused, as
(1) they are fairly recent additions,
(2) Loongson never back-ported the patch into their kernel fork, and
(3) Loongson's existing installed base rarely upgrade, if ever;
However, they are still considered userspace ABI, hence unfortunately
unremovable. But hopefully at least we could stop adding new Loongson
HWCAP bits in the future.
