Michael Ellerman e8ac6ea8a4 kprobes: update jprobe_example.c for do_fork() change
In commit e80d666 "flagday: kill pt_regs argument of do_fork()", the
arguments to do_fork() changed.

The example code in jprobe_example.c was not updated to match, so the
arguments inside the jprobe handler do not match reality.

Fix it by updating the arguments to match do_fork(). While we're at it
use pr_info() for brevity, and print stack_start as well for interest.

Mark Rutland dd42a0882a Docs: this_cpu_ops: remove redundant add forms
Commit ac490f4dca (Documentation: this_cpu_ops.txt: Update description
of this_cpu_ops) added lists of {__,}this_cpu operations, but these have
duplicate, parameter-less entries for {__,}this_cpu_add which don't
correspond to any implementation. No other operations have such
duplicate entries.

Given both are also listed with their full complement of arguments, the
empty forms are redundant and can be removed. This patch performs said
removal.

Peter Foley 25b91ac204 Documentation: disable vdso_test to avoid breakage with old glibc
glibc versions older than 2.16 don't include sys/auxv.h which this
executable uses.
Since we don't have a good way to test for specific glibc versions in
kbuild, just disable it for now.

Mark Brown 19f94f9700 v4l2-pci-skeleton: Only build if PCI is available
Currently arm64 does not support PCI but it does support v4l2. Since the
PCI skeleton driver is built unconditionally as a module with no dependency
on PCI this causes build failures for arm64 allmodconfig. Fix this by
defining a symbol VIDEO_PCI_SKELETON for the skeleton and conditionalising
the build on that.

Josh Cartwright cf1fc18762 pinctrl: qcom: use restart_notifier mechanism for ps_hold
By converting to the restart_notifier mechanism for restart, we allow
for other mechanisms, like the watchdog, to be used for restart in the
case where PS_HOLD has failed to reset the chip.

Since this mechanism may be one of several mechanisms registered, change
the post-ps_hold write timeout to be a more reasonable 1 second instead
of 10 seconds.

Choose priority 128, as according to documentation, this mechanism "is
sufficient to restart the entire system".

Steffen Trumtrar c5bb725ac2 regulator: ltc3589: fix broken voltage transitions
VCCR is used as a trigger to start voltage transitions, so
we need to mark it volatile in order to make sure it gets
written to hardware every time we set a new voltage.

Fixes regulator voltage being stuck at the first voltage
set after driver load.

Steffen Klassert d61746b2e7 ip_tunnel: Don't allow to add the same tunnel multiple times.
When we try to add an already existing tunnel, we don't return
an error. Instead we continue and call ip_tunnel_update().
This means that we can change existing tunnels by adding
the same tunnel multiple times. It is even possible to change
the tunnel endpoints of the fallback device.

We fix this by returning an error if we try to add an existing
tunnel.

   - ACPI code was refactored out into a seperate file and as a
     side-effect, the i2c-core module got renamed.  Jean Delvare
     rightfully complained about the rename being problematic for

     deal with it is to move all the code back into the main i2c core
     source file.  This is mainly a huge code move with some #ifdeffery
     applied.  No functional code changes.  Our personal tests and the
     testbots did not find problems.  (I was thinking about reverting,
     too, yet that would also have ~800 lines changed)

   - The new ACPI code also had a NULL pointer exception, thanks to
     Peter for finding and fixing it.

   - Mikko fixed a locking problem by decoupling clock_prepare and
     clock_enable.

   - Addy learnt that the datasheet was wrong and reimplemented the
     frequency setup according to the new algorithm.

  - Fan fixed an off-by-one error when copying data

  - Janusz fixed a copy'n'paste bug which gave a wrong error message

  - Sergei made sure that "don't touch" bits are not accessed"

Robin Murphy 5ca918e5e3 ARM: 8165/1: alignment: don't break misaligned NEON load/store
The alignment fixup incorrectly decodes faulting ARM VLDn/VSTn
instructions (where the optional alignment hint is given but incorrect)
as LDR/STR, leading to register corruption. Detect these and correctly
treat them as unhandled, so that userspace gets the fault it expects.

Will Deacon 2c553ac19e ARM: 8164/1: mm: clear SCTLR.HA instead of setting it for LPAE
SCTLR.HA (hardware access flag) is deprecated and not actually
implemented by any CPUs. Furthermore, it can confuse cr_alignment checks
where the whole value of SCTLR is compared against the value sitting in
the hardware, since the bit is actually RAZ/WI and will not match the
saved cr_alignment value.

Peter Hüwe 0aef44e84a i2c: acpi: Fix NULL Pointer dereference
If adapter->dev.parent == NULL there is a NULL pointer dereference in
acpi_i2c_install_space_handler and acpi_i2c_remove_space_handler.

This is present since introduction of this code:
366047515c "i2c: rework kernel config I2C_ACPI" or even
da3c6647ee "I2C/ACPI: Clean up I2C ACPI code and Add CONFIG_I2C_ACPI"

The adapter->dev.parent == NULL case is valid for the i2c_stub,
so loading i2c_stub with ACPI_I2C_OPREGION enabled results in an oops.
This is also valid at least for i2c_tiny_usb and i2c_robotfuzz_osif.

Fix by checking whether it is null before calling ACPI_HANDLE.

Srinivas Kandagatla 9aacd602f0 of/fdt: fix memory range check
In cases where board has below memory DT node

memory{
	device_type = "memory";
	reg = <0x80000000 0x80000000>;
};

Check on the memory range in fdt.c will always fail because it is
comparing MAX_PHYS_ADDR with base + size, in fact it should compare
it with base + size - 1.

This issue was originally noticed on Qualcomm IFC6410 board.
Without this patch kernel shows up noticed unnecessary warnings

Zefan Li 2ad654bc5e cpuset: PF_SPREAD_PAGE and PF_SPREAD_SLAB should be atomic flags
When we change cpuset.memory_spread_{page,slab}, cpuset will flip
PF_SPREAD_{PAGE,SLAB} bit of tsk->flags for each task in that cpuset.
This should be done using atomic bitops, but currently we don't,
which is broken.

Tetsuo reported a hard-to-reproduce kernel crash on RHEL6, which happened
when one thread tried to clear PF_USED_MATH while at the same time another
thread tried to flip PF_SPREAD_PAGE/PF_SPREAD_SLAB. They both operate on
the same task.

Commit 1d4457f999 ("sched: move no_new_privs into new atomic flags")
defined PFA_NO_NEW_PRIVS as hexadecimal value, but it is confusing
because it is used as bit number. Redefine it as decimal bit number.

Note this changes the bit position of PFA_NOW_NEW_PRIVS from 1 to 0.
