Masahiro Yamada a7f7f6248d treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'
Since commit 84af7a6194 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

Arnd Bergmann bcda771b2f scsi: qla2xxx: avoid unused-function warning
When NVMe support is disabled, we get a couple of harmless warnings:

drivers/scsi/qla2xxx/qla_nvme.c:667:13: error: 'qla_nvme_unregister_remote_port' defined but not used [-Werror=unused-function]
drivers/scsi/qla2xxx/qla_nvme.c:634:13: error: 'qla_nvme_abort_all' defined but not used [-Werror=unused-function]
drivers/scsi/qla2xxx/qla_nvme.c:604:12: error: 'qla_nvme_wait_on_rport_del' defined but not used [-Werror=unused-function]

This replaces the preprocessor checks in the code with equivalent
compiler conditionals, which lets gcc drop the unused functions without
warning, and is nicer to read.

Quinn Tran 482c9dc792 qla2xxx: Change scsi host lookup method.
For target mode, when new scsi command arrive, driver first performs
a look up of the SCSI Host. The current look up method is based on
the ALPA portion of the NPort ID. For Cisco switch, the ALPA can
not be used as the index. Instead, the new search method is based
on the full value of the Nport_ID via btree lib.

David S. Miller df568d8e52 scsi: Use 'depends' with LIBFC instead of 'select'.
LIBFC depends upon SCSI_FC_ATTRS and select's CRC32C.

The only alternative would be to 'select' CRC32C and all of
SCSI_FC_ATTRS direct and indirect dependencies in the Kconfig section
for every LIBFCOE user which makes little sense.

Subsequently, use 'depends' instead of 'select' for LIBFCOE too.

Randy Dunlap 6a38792ca8 scsi: use 'depends' instead of 'select' for SCSI_FC_ATTRS
There are other kconfig symbols which use SCSI_FC_ATTRS.
In order to maintain sanity and prevent kconfig warnings, change
all of these from using 'select' to using 'depends on' so that
proper symbol dependencies will be honored and circular depends

This fixes kconfig warnings and build errors:

Nicholas Bellinger 75f8c1f693 [SCSI] tcm_qla2xxx: Add >= 24xx series fabric module for target-core
This patch adds support for tcm_qla2xxx fabric module for target-core
using the new qla_target.c LLD logic. This includes support for explict
NodeACLs via configfs using tcm_qla2xxx_setup_nacl_from_rport() from libfc
struct fc_host->rports, and demo-mode support for virtual LUN=0 access.

This patch also adds support for using tcm_qla2xxx_lport->lport_fcport_map
and ->lport_loopid_map of btree_head32 to track struct se_node_acl pointers
for individual 24-bit Port ID and 16-bit Loop ID values w/ qla_target_template
->find_sess_by_s_id() and ->find_sess_by_loop_id() used in a number of
locations into the primary I/O dispatch logic in qla_target.c LLD code.

The main piece for FC Nexus setup is in tcm_qla2xxx_check_initiator_node_acl(),
which calls tcm_qla2xxx_set_sess_by_[s_id,loop_id]() to setup our
lport->lport_fcport_map and lport_loopid_map pointers respectively, and
register the new nexus with TCM via __transport_register_session().

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
