Sachin Kamat 7ff6d7a017 mfd: Cleanup mfd-mcp-sa11x0.h header
Commit a1fd844c6e ("ARM: sa1100: move platform_data definitions")
moved the file to the current location but forgot to remove the pointer
to its previous location. Clean it up. While at it also change the header
file protection macros appropriately.

Arnd Bergmann a1fd844c6e ARM: sa1100: move platform_data definitions
Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.

This moves such data out of the sa1100 include directories
