The dapm field of the snd_soc_codec struct will eventually be removed
(replaced with the DAPM context from the component embedded inside the
CODEC). Replace its usage with the card's DAPM context. The idea is that
DAPM is hierarchical and with the card at the root it is possible to access
widgets from other contexts through the card context.

No need to go via the CODEC to get a pointer to the card. This will help to
eventually remove the card field from the snd_soc_codec struct.

Current implementation of mop500_ab8500 allows for inconsistent sample
rate and channel count configuration between the playback and recording
interfaces, through in the hardware the two MSP controllers share
common clock and frame sync signals.
This patch adds the necessary code to ensure that the two device are
configure consistently. The check is added at machine driver level, as
how to lock DAI configuration depend of the actual hardware
implementation.

The mop500_ab8500_startup(), the mop500_ab8500_shutdown() and the

This removes <mach/hardware.h> and <mach/db8500-regs.h>
from the Ux500, merging them into the local include
"db8500-regs.h" in mach-ux500. There is some impact
outside the ux500 machine, but most of it is dealt with
in earlier patches.
