regulator: tps65090: constify static regulator_ops
The only usages of these are to assign their address to the ops field in
the regulator_desc struct, which is a const pointer. Make them const to
allow the compiler to put them in read-only memory.

regulator: tps65090: switch to using devm_fwnode_gpiod_get
devm_gpiod_get_from_of_node() is being retired in favor of
devm_fwnode_gpiod_get_index(), that behaves similar to
devm_gpiod_get_index(), but can work with arbitrary firmware node. It
will also be able to support secondary software nodes.

Let's switch this driver over.

gpio: Fix return value mismatch of function gpiod_get_from_of_node()
In case the requested gpio property is not found in the device tree, some
callers of gpiod_get_from_of_node() expect a return value of NULL, others
expect -ENOENT.
In particular devm_fwnode_get_index_gpiod_from_child() expects -ENOENT.
Currently it gets a NULL, which breaks the loop that tries all
gpio_suffixes. The result is that a gpio property is not found, even
though it is there.

This patch changes gpiod_get_from_of_node() to return -ENOENT instead
of NULL when the requested gpio property is not found in the device
tree. Additionally it modifies all calling functions to properly
evaluate the return value.

Another approach would be to leave the return value of
gpiod_get_from_of_node() as is and fix the bug in
devm_fwnode_get_index_gpiod_from_child(). Other callers would still need
to be reworked. The effort would be the same as with the chosen solution.

regulator: tps65090: Hand over GPIO to regulator core
The GPIO descriptors used by the TPS65090 driver are retrieved
during probe() and it is really helpful to have those under
devres management because of all the errorpaths in the
intialization.

Using the new dev_gpiod_unhinge() call we can remove the
devres management of the descriptor right before handing
it over to the regulators core.

regulator: Fetch enable gpiods nonexclusive
Since the core regulator code is treating GPIO descriptors as
nonexclusive, i.e. it assumes that the enable GPIO line may be
shared with several regulators, let's add the flag introduced
for fixing this problem on fixed regulators to all drivers
fetching GPIO descriptors to avoid possible regressions.

Kees Cook a86854d0c5 treewide: devm_kzalloc() -> devm_kcalloc()
The devm_kzalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, devm_kcalloc().
This patch replaces cases of:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, a * b, gfp)

with:
        devm_kcalloc(handle, a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, a * b * c, gfp)

with:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

        devm_kcalloc(handle, array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

        devm_kzalloc(handle, 4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

Some manual whitespace fixes were needed in this patch, as Coccinelle
really liked to write "=devm_kcalloc..." instead of "= devm_kcalloc...".

regulator: tps65090: Pass descriptor instead of GPIO number
Instead of passing a global GPIO number for the enable GPIO, pass
a descriptor looked up from the device tree node for the
regulator.

This regulator supports passing platform data, but enable/sleep
regulators are looked up from the device tree exclusively, so
we can need not touch other files.

 They are dominated by the removal of the .owner field in platform
 drivers.  They touch a lot of files, but they are "simple" changes, just
 removing a line in a structure.
 
 Other than that, a few minor driver core and debugfs changes.  There are
 some ath9k patches coming in through this tree that have been acked by
 the wireless maintainers as they relied on the debugfs changes.
 
 Everything has been in linux-next for a while.

Markus Pargmann 679c038f54 regulator: tps65090: Fix gpio initialization
The config is used for multiple regulators within a for loop. The config
field is not cleared before it is used for the next item. To avoid any
issues this patch adds a proper initialization for the config->ena_gpio
field in case no gpio is available.

Markus Pargmann 1de3821ace regulator: Set ena_gpio_initialized in regulator drivers
This patch sets ena_gpio_initialized for all drivers which set a
ena_gpio from parsed DT properties. Drivers using pdata may get zero
initialized pdata and therefore copy a 0 into the regulator_config
ena_gpio field.

Javier Martinez Canillas 4f2352cf52 regulator: tps65090: Set voltage for fixed regulators
According to the tps65090 data manual [0], the DCDC1 and DCDC2
step-down converters and the LDO's have a fixed output voltage.

Add this information to the driver since these fixed regulators
can be used as parent input supply for switches that don't have
an output voltage defined. So the regulator core needs to fetch
the FET parent output voltage if the child voltage is queried.

Doug Anderson c122c5b682 regulator: tps65090: Fix tps65090 crash on Tegra Dalmore
The patch (60e91b5 regulator: tps65090: Allow setting the overcurrent
wait time) introduced a crash on Tegra Dalmore.  On Dalmore the device
tree doesn't have an entry for all of the FETs so it leaves tps_pdata
NULL in some cases.  Add a check for NULL like the rest of the code
does.

Doug Anderson ed11f1ead5 regulator: tps65090: Make FETs more reliable by adding retries
An issue was discovered with tps65090 where sometimes the FETs
wouldn't actually turn on when requested (they would report
overcurrent).  The most problematic FET was the one used for the LCD
backlight on the Samsung ARM Chromebook (FET1).  Problems were
especially prevalent when the device was plugged in to AC power (when
the backlight voltage was higher).

Mitigate the problem by adding retries on the enables of the FETs,
which works around the problem fairly effectively.

Laxman Dewangan 4c850ead98 regulator: tps65090: get regulators node from parent node only
As per the devicetree binding document of TPS65090, the "regulators"
subnode should be under the parent node, not outside of parent node.
Hence to get the regulator node, the correct call is
of_get_child_by_name() rather than of_find_node_by_name() which searches
the "regulators" node from the parent node to end of DTS file.

Axel Lin 09a228e70b regulator: tps65090: Fix using wrong dev argument for calling of_regulator_match
The dev parameter is the device requesting the data.
In this case it should be &pdev->dev rather than pdev->dev.parent.

The dev parameter is used to call devm_kzalloc in of_get_regulator_init_data(),
which means this fixes a memory leak because the memory is allocated every time
probe() is called, thus it should be freed when this driver is unloaded.

Laxman Dewangan f329b1755b regulator: tps65090: add external control support for DCDC
The TPS65090's DCDC output can also be enable/disable through the
external digital input signal. Add support for enable/disable
either through register access via I2C or through external
control inputs. The external control inputs can be driven through
GPIOs also and hence adding support for passing the GPIO number.

Laxman Dewangan 3a81ef8c27 regulator: tps65090: Add support for LDO regulators
TPS65090 supports the two LDOs, LDO1 and LDO2. These are
always ON regulators. The output on these LDOs are available
once the input voltage available for these LDOs.

Laxman Dewangan 24282a1ca3 regulator: tps65090: Register all regulators in single probe call
MFD driver registers the regulator driver once per device and
hence it is require to register all regulators in single probe
call.
Following are details of changes done to achieve this:
- Move the regulator enums to mfd header and remove the
  tps65090-regulator.h as it does not contain more info.
- Add max regulator and register all regulators even if there
  is no regulator init data from platform.
- Convert regulator init data to pointer type in platform data.
- Add input supply name in regulator desc to provide input supply.
- Separate desc information from driver information.
- Disable external control bit to have control through register write.

Axel Lin 6c9eeb0f5c regulator: Remove unneeded include of linux/delay.h from regulator drivers
All the drivers that need delay for the regulator voltage output voltage to
stabilize after being enabled or after being set to a new value has been
converted to implement enable_time and set_voltage_time_sel callbacks.
Then regulator core will take care of the necessary delay.

For the drivers that don't need the delay, don't need to include linux/delay.h.
This patch removes the unneeded include of linux/delay.h in regulator drivers.

Mark Brown c172708d38 regulator: core: Use a struct to pass in regulator runtime configuration
Rather than adding new arguments to regulator_register() every time we
want to add a new bit of dynamic information at runtime change the function
to take these via a struct. By doing this we avoid needing to do further
changes like the recent addition of device tree support which required each
regulator driver to be updated to take an additional parameter.

The regulator_desc which should (mostly) be static data is still passed
separately as most drivers are able to configure this statically at build
time.

Axel Lin 4b3bd55f54 regulator: Remove _en_reg, _en_bit and _ops parameters from tps65090_REG macro
Both _en_bit and _ops parameters for all DCDCs and FETs are the same, so we
can hardcode it in tps65090_REG macro.

_en_reg can be calculated by _id + 12, so we can also remove it.
