LABBE Corentin 7922118f8f memory: atmel-sdramc: fix a possible NULL dereference
of_match_device could return NULL, and so cause a NULL pointer
dereference later.

For fixing this problem, we use of_device_get_match_data(), this will
simplify the code a little by using a standard function for
getting the match data.

Paul Gortmaker 563b41c983 memory: atmel-sdramc: make it explicitly non-modular
The Kconfig for this option is currently:

config ATMEL_SDRAMC
        bool "Atmel (Multi-port DDR-)SDRAM Controller"

...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.
Lets remove the couple traces of modularity, so that when reading the
driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

Since module_init translates to device_initcall in the non-modular
case, the init ordering remains unchanged with this commit. An
alternate init level might be worth considering at a later date.

Also note that MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is a no-op for non-modular code.

We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
was (or is now) contained at the top of the file in the comments.

Wolfram Sang 0f0d7e7b02 memory: drop owner assignment from platform_drivers
A platform_driver does not need to set an owner, it will be populated by the
driver core.

Alexandre Belloni e81b6abebc memory: add a driver for atmel ram controllers
Atmel SoCs have one or multiple RAM controllers that need one or multiple clocks
to run.
This driver handle those clocks.
