Mark Fasheh f186373fef btrfs: extended inode refs
This patch adds basic support for extended inode refs. This includes support
for link and unlink of the refs, which basically gets us support for rename
as well.

Inode creation does not need changing - extended refs are only added after
the ref array is full.

David Woodhouse 163e783e6a Btrfs: remove crc32c.h and use libcrc32c directly.
There's no need to preserve this abstraction; it used to let us use
hardware crc32c support directly, but libcrc32c is already doing that for us
through the crypto API -- so we're already using the Intel crc32c
acceleration where appropriate.

David Woodhouse 615f996fb8 Switch btrfs_name_hash() to crc32c

Using a 64-bit hash as the readdir cookie is just asking for trouble.
And gets it, when we try to export the file system by NFS.

David Miller df68b8a7ad Btrfs: unaligned access fixes
Btrfs set/get macros lose type information needed to avoid
unaligned accesses on sparc64.
ere is a patch for the kernel bits which fixes most of the
unaligned accesses on sparc64.

btrfs_name_hash is modified to return the hash value instead
of getting a return location via a (potentially unaligned)
pointer.
