The AB8540 was an evolved version of the AB8500, but it was never
mass produced or put into products, only reference designs exist.
The upstream support was never completed and it is unlikely that
this will happen so drop the support for now to simplify
maintenance of the AB8500.

If an error occurs when we enable the backup battery charging, we should
go through the error handling path directly.
Before commit db43e6c473 ("ab8500-bm: Add usb power path support") this
was the case, but this commit has added some code between the last test and
the 'out' label.
So, in case of error, this added code is executed and the error may be
silently ignored.
Fix it by adding the missing 'goto out', as done in all other error
handling paths.

'ret' is know to be 0 at this point, because it has not been updated by the
the previous call to 'abx500_mask_and_set_register_interruptible()'.
Fix it by updating 'ret' before checking if an error occurred.

alloc_ordered_workqueue() with WQ_MEM_RECLAIM set replaces
deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue(). This is the identity
conversion.
The workqueue "charger_wq" is used for the IRQs and checking HW state of
the charger. It has been identity converted.
It has multiple work items viz usb_charger_attached_work, kick_wd_work,
check_vbat_work, check_hw_failure_work, usb_charger_attached_work,
ac_work, ac_charger_attached_work, attach_work and check_usbchgnotok_work,
which require execution ordering. Hence, a dedicated ordered workqueue
has been used here.
The WQ_MEM_RECLAIM flag has also been set to ensure
forward progress under memory pressure.

This moves all power supply drivers from drivers/power/
to drivers/power/supply/. The intention is a cleaner
source tree, since drivers/power/ also contains frameworks
unrelated to power supply, like adaptive voltage scaling.
