To support LCD I80 interface, the panel should generate
Tearing Effect synchronization signal between MCU and FB
to display video images.
And the display controller should trigger to transfer
video image at this signal.
So the panel receives the TE IRQ, then calls these handler
chains to notify it to the display controller.

This patch adds component framework support to resolve
the probe order issue.
Until now, exynos drm had used codes specific to exynos drm
to resolve that issue so with this patch, the specific codes
are removed.

This patch splits display and manager from subdrv. The result is that
crtc functions can directly call into manager callbacks and encoder
functions can directly call into display callbacks. This will allow
us to remove the exynos_drm_hdmi shim and support mixer/hdmi & fimd/dp
with common code.

This patch implements the exynos_drm_crtc_finish_pageflip in
exynos_drm_crtc.c. This avoids the duplication of same code
in mixer, fimd and vidi.

There is no any reason to update overlay at crtc directly because the
crtc uses plane. Move its code to plane and call proper functions of
plane from crtc.

Set plane has source size but exynos overlay structure did
not consider it. This patch adds source size to overlay
structure. For set crtc, source size is set from crtc size.

the purpose of this patch is to consider IOMMU support in the future.
EXYNOS4 SoC supports IOMMU also so the address for DMA could be
physical address with IOMMU or device address with IOMMU.

We tried to re-use lowlevel codes of the FIMD driver(s3c-fb.c
based on Linux framebuffer) but couldn't so because lowlevel codes
of s3c-fb.c are included internally and so FIMD module of this driver has
its own lowlevel codes.
We used GEM framework for buffer management and DMA APIs(dma_alloc_*)
for buffer allocation so we can allocate physically continuous memory
for DMA through it and also we could use CMA later if CMA is applied to
mainline.
