This splits the machine definition for celleb into two definitions,
one for celleb_beat, and the other for celleb_native. Though this
looks complex because of sorting some functions, there are no
more semantic changes than that for the splitting.

This adds support for native CBE on Celleb, that is, without the BEAT
hypervisor. Many codes in platforms/cell/ are used in native CBE
environment.

There is no good reason for board platform code to mess with the
ROOT_DEV. Remove it from all in-tree platforms except powermac.

This adds support for the PCI bus on Celleb with new "I/O routines
for PowerPC." External PCI on Celleb must do explicit synchronization
with devices (Bus has no automatic synchronization feature).

to tweak HTAB on Beat. It detects old and new Guest OS Interfaces
automatically.

There are some variables and functions that we should place in init
section. And this patch changes some '__devinit' to '__init', because
the device is platform device and not hot-pluggable.

check_legacy_ioport makes only sense on PREP, CHRP and pSeries.
They may have an isa node with PS/2, parport, floppy and serial ports.
Remove the check_legacy_ioport call from ppc_md, it's not needed
anymore. Hardware capabilities come from the device-tree.
